This is a logo design project for musician, Meghashyam Adoni.

Meghashyam Adoni is an accomplished musician who has been playing guitar since he was a teen. He has toured with several leading bands in India and also released a couple of albums. His then newly-formed band, Helga’s Fun Castle, won Channel V’s ‘Best new band of the year’ award in 2005.

The logo has several symbolic layers built in. It subtly incorporates his initials with a bass clef while simultaneously assimilating his facial features/ characteristics and his personality. The color red has been used to convey his lifelong passion for music. The lower half also signifies his weapon of choice, the guitar.
